The fuel transfer pump in '94-'98 12-valve Dodge diesel trucks wears out over time and will affect the truck's performance.
If your truck is difficult to start in the morning, the idle rpm is slowly getting lower or has lost its pep, it may be time for a new fuel transfer pump. You can see if this the problem by running a fuel pressure test.
The '94-'98 replacement fuel transfer pump kit includes two mounting gaskets along with two studs and nuts to replace the mounting bolts.
