Here is the quick, easy and affordable answer: Elbow Friend. It is a comfortable pillow covered with durable fabric. We found the standard size to work well for most people, but this jumbo size is available too.

They are sold in pairs, so your passenger can also ride in comfort. Alternately, you can Velcro the extra Elbow Friend into another vehicle or onto your center console.

The Elbow Friend attaches to your door panel or center console with adhesive Velcro strips that are included in the package.
