Description

The Bilstein B8 5100 dual damper steering damper kit is designed on the factory linkage as a bolt on kit for solid axle 4WD trucks. This kit features 2 steering dampers offering improved steering isolation. The dual kit mounts both dampers inline opposing each other, which greatly enhances the "on center" feel.

The steering dampers included in the kit are a gas pressurized monotube design and will provide fully functional damping in a horizontal position helping control the slightest of steering movements.

Steering Damper Kit includes:

  • 2 Bilstein steering dampers (33-240763)
  • Hardware for installation

'14-'23, 2500 4WD
'13-'23, 3500 4WD

NOTE: Will not work with aftermarket steering linkage kits.

NOTE: This aftermarket steering damper kit may interfere with larger aftermarket differential covers.

Installed this kit to help tighten up my steering and boy does it do that. Kit was easy to install with easy to follow instructions and took less than an hour to do.

Bilstein has good products but this does not work with a Mag Hytec differential cover due to contact.
