Fass Fuel Systems Extreme Water Separator is rated at 2 microns absolute. The latest design traps the moisture within the element eliminating the need for a drain.

Only works in conjunction with the PF-3001-XL Fuel Filter.

Replaces FS1001.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When replacing the discontinued FASS filters with the new XWS-3002-XL and PF-3001-XL, the XWS-3002-XL will now be placed on the pressure side of the pump and the PF-3001-XL will be placed on the suction side. PLEASE SEE THE LOCATION DIAGRAM PRINTED ON THE NEW FILTERS FOR PROPER FILTER PLACEMENT.
