Was hesitant at first, cause all say when it comes to stats, stick with factory. I've heard of the gage needles fluctuating unsteadily on some aftermarket ones, and also from recent factory ones. So I gave these a try, and I get no fluctuations in my needle- holds rock steady once the truck has warmed up. Price is awsome- I buy 2 at a time so I always have a spare

I purchased this thermostat after a stock failure on the side of the road led me to buy a cheap NAPA replacement to get back and going. The NAPA version was all over the place, with pretty large swings in temperature. This gates model however is rock solid like the OEM cummins version, and I've had zero issues. I can always count on Genos Garage to have the best stuff available!

Bought a 92 5.9L. Thermo was original. Guys at Geno's are absolutely the best. Not sure what I would find when I tore it apart but had all the right stuff.
