This billet dust cap for the fuel filler has an external O-ring that slides into the fuel fill neck. There is a magnet recessed into the base so that you can put the fuel cap on the back side of the door when filling the tank.
The cap is anodized green with "DIESEL" engraved into the cap.
NOTE: Also fits '13-18, 6.7L Ram Cummins trucks.
THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE 2019 AND NEWER RAM TRUCKS.

I bought the green Ecodiesel fuel cap to replace the cheap and flimsy factory cap. The new cap is much nicer. Exactly what I hoped it would be. The rubber O ring is initially tight so the first few fill-ups required a strong pull to remove the cap. After about 5 removals, it slides-off easier and is great.

fits a little tight for my big hands to wedge off the filler neck, hope its just cold weather making it so tight.

Fuel filler cap is first quality and fits great. Thanks to Geno's for sending an extra gasket. That's what I consider to be great customer service. Looking forward to more purchases for my EcoDiesel.

Solid, well made cap that has some weight to it. Snug fit, and came with an extra O-ring in case the original wears out or breaks.
