Robin

Robin

Little known fact? Her father is the "Geno" of Geno's Garage. He has long-since retired, but she strives to keep Geno's Garage a place he can continue to be proud of.

Robin has worked at Geno's Garage since the very beginning and became an "official" employee in 1998 when she gave up her "corporate" job as a Human Resources Manager in the insurance industry. Her job here is to keep the accounting and computer systems running. She can also be spotted washing dishes in the break room or stocking inventory in the warehouse as needed.

While her strength isn't troubleshooting Ram Cummins Turbo Diesel parts, she can unravel almost any credit card or order processing dilemma that comes up. So if you need technical information on a specific part, you can bypass her extension. But our technical staff knows zilch about credit card processing, tax filings, health insurance, or how much it costs to keep the lights on. So all-in-all we make a pretty effective team.

WendyWendy

Wendy met the owners of Geno's Garage in 1997 when she had her own cleaning company. She knew Robin and Robert for two years when Robin offered her a job at Geno's. She was the first non-family member employed.

She has been here for 16 years. When she started, her daughter was age 11 and her son was only 6. They both had the opportunity to work during the summers packing boxes and doing warehouse work. Her other child (Bella, the resident office Bichon) comes to work with her every day. She's not a very good box packer. Wendy currently handles our internet sales, accounting and customer service.

BrandonBrandon

Brandon is the "new parts" guy at Geno's, and he has been with us since 2001. When not working on new products, he's busy talking tech, handling customer service and order calls and supporting the warehouse. He enjoys the product development side of the job and is always on the lookout for a better mousetrap for our customer's product needs. He has been driving (and repairing!) Dodge CTDs for almost 20 years. His current truck is a 2003 3500. When he's not at work at Geno's Garage you can find him at home with his wife and their German shorthaired pointer; or in his shop tinkering, repairing this or that, developing new products, or restoring vintage motorcycles.

ScottScott

Scott started working at Geno's in 2007, but he had been purchasing parts for his Ram Cummins trucks from Geno's since 2001. Being a local customer for many years, he walked in already familiar with our parts and staff. Coming from retail management and being self-employed for many years, he was able to offer the level of customer service that he had known from being a Geno's customer for many years. He spends his days taking orders, answering tech questions and keeping things running smooth in the warehouse. Scott is our resident Charlie Brown. If it can break on a truck, his has broken! Thus his superior technical knowledge of our products.

JohnJohn

John started working at Geno's Garage in 2014. He has been involved in automotive refinishing and fabrication work since 2010. He answers technical questions, takes orders, and packs them. And if we're looking for a sarcastic comment or two, he is the one we go to. When not at work he enjoys working on old BMWs.

Rebecca is one of our newest team members. Before coming here, she was an elementary school teacher. After helping out over summer break, she decided to join the Geno's Garage team full-time and year-round.

Rebecca handles shipping and receiving, and she is building our Facebook and social media presence. She's also the official "welcoming committee" and "tour director" of Geno's Garage for visiting customers, so you can seek her out for attention or hide from her if you're feeling shy.
