Perfect for cold weather truck warm-up, the Lisle Throttle Pedal Depressor holds the throttle at a constant rpm.

Engage the nylon hook under the steering wheel, then extend the depressor rod to the accelerator pedal. Use the adjustment screw to fine-tune the rpm level.
