Installation:

While not a traditional installation, collecting the oil sample properly is critical for accurate results:

• The suggested method is during an oil change.
• Have the clear sample bottle ready when you remove the drain plug.
• Take small samples periodically while the oil is draining, starting shortly after removing the plug and continuing for 15-20 seconds. This method ensures you capture a representative sample of all the oil in the pan, not just the initial drainage.
• Place the clear sample bottle inside the provided black shipping canister.
• Complete the included form with your information and vehicle details, and ensure it is included with the sample when shipped.
