FAN CLUTCH - MOPAR ('03-'04, 5.9L)

Description

It's time to replace the fan clutch in your '03-'04 Dodge Turbo Diesel if it stops working and won't engage or if it seizes up.

Installation of the fan clutch is straightforward and only requires the removal of the fan shroud to get enough room to work.

This fan clutch has a right hand thread nut.

**TECH TIP: If the issue with your truck is excessive engine fan noise when it is first started or while driving in stop-n-go traffic, do not replace the fan clutch. Visit your dealer and have them reprogram the Powertrain Control Module with Service Bulletin 18-033-07 Rev. A. The software in the flash will address the engagement of the fan clutch to reduce the noise.
