Description

When driving at night in your '94-'98 Dodge Ram truck, have you noticed the increased lighting brightness when you pull back the switch to go from low beams to high beams? In the transition you activate a momentary switch position that illuminates both the high and low headlight beams. Likely you've driven and tried to keep the switch in the momentary position, but the left hand tires quickly and the headlight switch is not designed for a continuous amperage draw.

No doubt it would be nice to enjoy the vision benefits of the combination high and low beam patterns. The answer: Brite Box!

The Brite Box module plugs right into the Dodge Ram's existing OEM wiring harness and allows simultaneous operation of the high and low beam headlights without placing any additional loads on the vehicle's stock headlight switches or wiring.

  • Unplug the harness from the light (passenger side light is easiest to access) and plug it into the Brite Box.
  • Take the pigtail plug from Brite Box and plug into the light.
  • Connect the Brite Box positive wire to the battery positive.
  • Secure the Brite Box underhood.
One unit works both headlights on the '94-'98 Dodge Ram trucks.

NOTE: Must be used with stock wattage Halogen bulbs.

NOTE: The Brite Box M4 will not work with trucks that have day time running lights.

NOTE: Due to Canadian motor vehicle regulations, this product is not available to Canadian customers.

Why didn't Dodge make this a standard feature?

As a guy that does a fair bit of off road driving, sometimes at night as well as long drives on desert highways I cannot begin to tell you how incredible having the Brite Box is. This is one of those products that is so easy to figure out how much you will like it before you buy. Get yourself out on a dark road and pull the lever to engage the high beams but hold it on. That is how it will look with the Brite Box. Release the lever and you will just have the high beams. The combination is of both high and low beams at the same time is essential! Try it, you'll never think twice about this upgrade if you drive at night and need high beams.

My first bright box lasted for 15 years. It finally gave out. Great product and highly recommend this product.
