DescriptionAre you looking for a power steering pump for your '94-'02 Dodge Turbo Diesel that gives better performance than the OEM pump and at a lower price?
This Borgeson Hi-Flow power steering pump is a direct replacement for the 2500 and 3500 trucks. Pump output pressure/flow is increased from 1,450 psi to 1,550 psi and from 3.5 gpm to 4.5 gpm to provide your Ram with all of the power it's steering needs.
Features a new reservoir with two returns (ships with one capped) for all Hydro-Boost or vacuum brake applications.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When replacing the power steering pump, steering box or hoses, it is mandatory to flush the power steering system. Failure to do so will result in damage to these parts and void the manufacturer warranty.

After trying to stab the pump assembly several times I could see where the return spring bracket was hitting on the filler neck/reserve area. I bent the bracket down towards the block and was then able to get it lined up. Hope this helps out.

I've done business with Genos for at least 15 years and have nothing to say except great things about them and their products. Their tech support has also been very helpful to me many times. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The lower stud holding the pump together gets in the way of removal and replacement of the oil pressure sender on a Cummins engine. Cutting it off, or readjusting it will probably void the warranty. Otherwise, I am happy with the pump. I am just stuck without transportation right now.

Exact fit. A little tricky getting to the mounting bolts when removing old unit and installing new one, but all went well. Pay close attention about bleeding system after install. Might have to repeat a couple times.
