Description
BD's three-piece pulse exhaust manifold for '98.5-'02, 24V Dodge Cummins Diesel applications is cast from high-silicon ductile iron which can withstand extremely high temperatures, as well as the additional weight created by bigger single or twin turbo systems.Horsepower creates heat – pure and simple. On a high-output engine like the Dodge/Cummins, high exhaust gas temperature (EGT) is enough to cause the stock exhaust manifold to crack.
- Two expansion joints allow the manifold to expand and contract without cracking or exhaust leaks.
- Manifold is pre-drilled with a 1/8 NPT port for an EGT probe.

I ordered this on a Friday, 15 minutes before Geno's closed. The salesman told me it would ship first thing Monday morning.
By 1:30 Sunday afternoon, it was delivered.
Really like this manifold, and it came with everything needed to install.
If I could give 6 stars I would.
Helped improve boost.

Now that I've had this on the truck for a week, I can report that boost numbers are improved 2-3 lbs across the board, and the stock turbo definitely lights faster.
Couple of install tips;
The manifold stud kit from Geno's is much easier than lining up each bolt through the manifold and gaskets.
Also, the Cummins gaskets have little ears inside each bolt hole. I used a burr to remove them for much easier installation.
