Description

2003-2009 Ram 2500/3500
2002-2008 Ram 1500 Easy to install: Simply raise the wipers and set the filter in place by placing the two filter housings over the air intake and in line with the cowling. Using the screws provided, tighten into place with a Phillips screwdriver. Tighten just enough to secure the filter; over tightening could damage the cowling.
PLEASE NOTE: Installation WILL require drilling holes for the screws into the plastic cowling.

Tip: We have found that you can remove and clean the filters several times before they actually need to be replaced.

It is better than nothing. price is ridiculous for what it is. 2 pieces of plastic with a filter insert. The filters are replaceable or washable. The mounting system could be improved to make it easier to service instead of having to always remove all the screws. Overpriced but the "only game in town"

2004 cabin filter

Installed the filter! Took less than 5 minutes. Didn't affect the airflow, so far so good. I used the stainless steel screws provided by Genos as the note stated that the black coated screws tend to corrode but may try them when I take the filters out later for cleaning. Worth it as the options are limited for us.
Easy Install

I purchased this cabin filter due to my trucks year (04) does not have a place for a modern style cabin filter, due to all the wild fires in my area the smoke is really bad this year, and dirt road/ dust filtration. When I called to ask about how this was installed and filtration capabilities customer service was excellent and all questions were answered kindly and intelligently. Seeing how this is installed externally I will be curious to see how it holds up to the wild climates here in northern NV- snow in the winter, some rain and dry hot heat in the summer. Install took all of 3 minutes and I am please with the outcome. Four stars- great customer service, appears effective for filtration, quick easy install.
