This Gates diesel locking fuel cap for the '00-'12 Dodge Turbo Diesel 2500/3500 pickup trucks guards against theft or contamination of diesel fuel. The fuel cap features sturdy plastic construction to meet Federal Fuel Safety Standards for fuel leakage.Green locking diesel fuel cap is quick on/off, quarter-turn, and includes a stainless steel lock with two keys.
Will also work with '08-'24 3500/4500/5500 Cab & Chassis truck bodies.

As I grow older and have diesel as well as gasoline vehicles, the GREEN cap reminds me that diesel goes in that particular vehicle. It also locks so as to keep out any foreign material a maladjusted individual might try to introduce into my fuel system.

Had been looking for a locking fuel cap for my '06 Mega. Wouldn't you know, Geno's had exactly what I was looking for....in green too!!!

Sure couldn't get any easier to remember that I'm in the truck and it drinks diesel NOT gasoline with a green cap that requires to be unlocked each time I fill up.
