Description
The tensioner is a spring-loaded pulley designed to keep the serpentine belt tensioned on the pulleys. Over time the tensioner spring can weaken or break allowing the serpentine belt to come loose.Installing the CUMMINS replacement tensioner assembly for '03-'26 Dodge Cummins Turbo Diesel trucks with 5.9L or 6.7L engines will keep the belt tight again.

Great OEM replacement part. My tensioner pulley bearing died and decided to replace the whole assembly. New serpentine belt too. No more squeak when I shut her down. I kinda do miss the squeak though! Haha

Fit correctly and works as new. For the price would be foolish not to go with OE part.

Works great! highly recommended . Worked much better than the Gates (which failed twice and allowed the belt to slip)

Great product. After 2 tensioners from my local auto parts store, this genuine Cummins tensioner stopped the belt slipping OT full throttle .

I looked into Gates but heard less than positive reviews so went Cummins route and glad I did. Will definitely purchase again in another 150k miles
