Description
Protect the dashboard in your '10-'18 Dodge Ram by covering it with the UltiMat. The UltiMat Dash Cover is soft molded to the exact shape of the dashboard resulting in a perfect fitting cover. This version of the Ultimat is designed for trucks that have the OEM Alpine speakers.An UltiMat dash cover for your Dodge Ram helps to protect the dash surface from UV sun damage and/or covers blemishes and imperfections. It will also help reduce hazardous windshield glare, keep interiors cooler in the summer / warmer in the winter, and help reduce hazardous windshield glare.
We've tried all four colors of the UltiMat and DashMat. We strongly recommend the black dash covers as they do not glare into the windshield.
UltiMat and DashMat both provide a great fitting cover. The UltiMat is more expensive (about $20), but the UltiMats have a better contour to the dash and are heavier than DashMats. We sell more of the UltiMat (2 to 1 ratio). The choice is yours.

Purchased and received my Ultimat for my 2015 last week. Went with the black color based on Geno's recommendation. Looks fine. Only slight disappointment was that I ordered the mat for the dash with Alpine speakers. The mat still covered the outside speakers and partially covered the mid-dash speaker. Took my handy scissors and modified it so that all 3 dash speakers are clear. Don't know why the factory doesn't make them that way. Got this mat mainly to keep things from sliding around on the dash and it does a good job of that.

it fits well, but they did not include the velcro as indicated inside the mat. I have some a previous mat of theirs and it should work

Not Alpine ready

The Dash Cover-Ultimate was supposed to be Alpine stereo ready but it was not. I had to cut out the dash cover to UNCOVER the speakers. Also the ad for the Edge Insight said you would get money off the price of dash cover if you bought both at the same time, I didn't. The cover does do a decent job of covering the dash and providing an attachment point for the Edge or other add on gauges or GPS.

Please verify that you did receive part number 9184001 that has the description labeled for Alpine. The instructions state not to worry about the material covering the speakers and that it will not affect sound quality. Thank you for bringing our error to our attention.

Received the mat quickly. Installed easily. Reduces glare on the windshield. Appears well made. Lays on the dash pretty good. Debating using stick-on velcro to hold it in place better, but may just leave it.
